Finally pain free!
I've tried so many different metatarsal pads for this ridiculous pain in my foot. Every step I took hurt and I had just come to terms with never wearing heels again. These are the ONLY pads that have worked to relieve that pain. I mean... when I first tried them, I hopped up and down pain free. I was shocked they worked so well. This is the second box of these pads I've purchased.

Sesamoiditis & metatarsalgia relief
I’ve tried so many different types of orthotics (custom and not) and ball of foot pads from running stores, and these have by far been the most comfortable. They’re so much easier to put and stay in place since you can put it on your foot rather than inside the shoe, and I can wear them with everything. When I’m wearing these most of the pain I usually get disappears. Too soon to tell if they’ll actually make a difference long-term but I’m so happy with these now and it’s a hard price to beat. UPDATE: after a couple weeks each of the pads completely stretched out and lost all grip and functionality :/ I still do recommend for occasional use but if you need them all the time like me, even working a sedentary office job wore them down.

Gives relief
I have a nerve disorder in my metatarsal, which makes my foot hurt and feel like I am walking on a rock all day. My podiatrist has said that this product gives plenty of relief space between the toe that the ring goes on and the toes on the side. He said the padding is also great. Although, this is not going to cure my problem, they are great. I love the ring part that holds the product in place. I do wish there was more hold on the sides. My fiancé also started to use them for his bone spear.

Buy another product.
I ordered a small and these were huge. and too thick. I couldn't wear them. Unfortunately, I waited too long to open the package and it was too late to return them.

Thick and wide toe hook does not cut in toe
I purchased many brands. These stay put with light socks. There is nothing that moves. Thickness helps pad my moten's neuroma scar from many years ago. Other brands strangle my big toe or cloth material piece cuts in toes. This silicone just stays put- maybe slight moisture on ball of foot locks it down in your sock! Pad seems thicker and I forget it is on. I would like one a bit bigger with ridges on bottom on shoe side to wear without socks and a sandal .

Save your money.
When I first put them on they were very comfortable and I was glad. A couple hours later my foot started hurting I took off my sock and I saw that the pads had rotated to the top of my foot while walking. There's only one ring that holds them in place and goes around a toe the needs a second support somewhere to keep it in place I return them for a refund.

Great product
Great metatarsal pads, but you can also use them for your hands if you have Depyutrans.

Comfortable walking!
Works well and makes my neuroma pain feel better. A little hard to put your sock on, but once on, it held in place really well.

Dr Frderick's Metatarsal Pads
The loop for the toe is made of the same material as the pads which is stretchable. When put on with socks or shoes, the pads tend to stretch toward the sole area, tends to cushion the sole instead of the metatarsal areas.
