“Combines Tom Clancy–like suspense with touches of romance, high-tech flash, and biblical references.” ― New York Times Twenty-five years ago, as the world approached a new millennium, Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins released this bestselling novel that became a cultural phenomenon. On a Boeing 747 headed to London, passengers instantaneously disappear from their seats, resulting in terror and chaos for those left behind―not only throughout the plane, but also worldwide as the apocalypse begins. Filled with edge-of-your-seat suspense and a dash of romance, The Left Behind series covers the events of biblical prophecy surrounding the end times, encompassing the rapture and the seven-year period known as the tribulation that follows. Included in this 25th anniversary edition is an essay by Jerry B. Jenkins, exploring: Cultural and spiritual changes over the last quarter century What made Left Behind so successful The inspiration behind the series Read this groundbreaking work of Christian fiction for the first time or enjoy it again to be reminded of Left Behind ’s incredible impact. Rekindling a Book Series From My Youth
I am looking forward to restarting the series. I started reading, "Left Behind" when it first came out. It was an intriguing book. It was so good every time a new one was released. I would buy it. I was disappointed that the book was smaller. I realized the size makes it great to fit in a purse or small bag. The print size is good. I glad I was able to find it with the original cover.

Smaller size book than the originals but it will do.
Read this series many years ago with my mom. Pulled the collection out to pass it along to someone else and was missing this book. Probably loaned out and never returned. Print was small for me as it’s not a full size book like the original. Got it read … so all good. Thanks!

Love this series
I loved reading this series, so I bought the 1st one for my grandson. I hope he will enjoy it as much as I did. The rapture is so much closer than most of us realize. We are surely in the end seconds. The Lord's Prophecies are never wrong. I definitely recommend this book and the entire series to others.
