Great Bluetooth Dongle/Adapter for PC
I have used this adapter/dongle to send music tracks from a Windows 10 laptop to a smartphone and photos taken on a smartphone to a Windows laptop via Bluetooth version 5.0.Note: This Bluetooth dongle does not enable you to copy files direct between device folders as smartphones still do not show up as a drive in Windows Explorer. Instead, on Windows 10 you go to » Start ">" Settings ">" Devices ">" Bluetooth and other devices ". Select "Send or receive files via Bluetooth" on the right of the page. Select "Send Files".The procedure for sending files in the opposite direction is similar.I had to set up Bluetooth 5.0 on my computer using the CD supplied as the default one set up by Microsoft did not connect devices.

Get a Pcie Slot wifi & Bluetooth card Instead.
No matter how much expensive your bluetooth dongle is, a PCIe Card (even cheaper one) installed directly into motherboard is always going to perform superior. This USB adapter have same issues as others slow to connect (even though it have 5.0 bluetooth) and constant disconnections.

Works well for ps5 controller on pc
I bought it to use a ps5 controller on my pc and yeah it does the job really well. No hugely noticeable input delay or anything like that and was very easy to install and connect the controller to.

Practical, easy to use, convenient, efficient and at a reasonable price.
Plug and play mean just that, push the dongle into a free USB socket (win 10 PC/ laptop in my case). It will see that a new device has been plugged into a USB socket and is automatically installed. then go to settings/ Devices and click on Bluetooth to toggle the adapter to on, then select add device then Bluetooth. This will start the adapter looking for compatible devices to add/ pair/ connect with. To find your headphones say or a game controller the details on how to make it go into discoverable/connect/pair will be included in the user manual for that item (usually confirmed by the alternate flashing of red and blue LED on headphones say, but, it will vary from one device/ maker to another). The pc will advise you of all the Bluetooth devices it can "see" click on what device you want to connect to and follow on-screen messages to pair and connect to it. It really is that simple to use and set up. If you have any problems with the dongle it comes with a mini-CD that contains useful information and drivers etc open cd drawer and pop it in and close the drive door. The actual dongle is quite small and is hardly noticeable and does not stick out far from the USB socket so much less likely to get caught or snagged on sleeves etc

Intermittent packet loss and lag spikes
I hardly ever review things but this I had to. Spent many hours trying to get this thing to behave and I can’t tell you now to please not waste your time.At first everything seems fine and it installs easily, you don’t even need a driver as windows 10 can figure it out automatically. The speeds are great and the device works well. However when I was Skyping friends I noticed a bit of a lag every now and again randomly and then trying a few games the same issues. When I use my old adapter or Ethernet everything is fine so I know it’s something to do with this one.I conducted some ping command tests and every 10-20 seconds found there is a lag spike and random packet loss. I tried the adapter on my laptop and same issue. I then decided after many attempts with auto config / cmd prompt fixes to try the drivers from the website which I doubted I would need and was pretty worried about using because the website did not one but look reputable...And I wasn’t wrong. I downloaded it and after installing it my computer blue screened and long story short had to completely start again and reinstall windows. I know what I’m doing with this stuff and i promise it was a disaster.Do not bother. Get something from a brand you trust and stay away from this one.

Plug and play
Plug and play as simple as that.Arrived quick and well packed.Very small size, once plugged in can hardly notice it.Works well.Able to connect my Bluetooth headphones and gaming controller without any issues.Came with driver disk but my PC simply picked it up without need of installing drivers.Overall very good device. No issues so far

Easy to install
the Bluetooth 5.0 adapter is easy to install although the computer I have doesn't have a disc drive but the drivers were easy to find online and download and once I had those installation was only a few seconds, followed by a system restart and the adapter was connected and ready to use, I noticed it found other bluetooth devices a faster then my phone and tablet do also which use an older version of Bluetooth.

Easy and transparent
A little unusual these days to manually install a driver, but this replacement for my previous wifi dongle is worth the three mouse clicks.Easy to install, and completely transparent once complete - I don't want to ever think about my Wifi connection again if I can help it! Automatically selected 5.8 Ghz so no faffing about and I'm getting great speed and a constant connection. I'm very happy with my selection!
