50lb General Mills All Trumps Flour

This is the flour that 90% of all pizzerias in New York use. If you want great pizza dough and great bread this flour is a must. I went through 50 pounds in no time. I buy it and them break it down to 3 huge handled storage bins I picked up at Bed Bath and Beyond.You will love this flour. Getting ready to order another bag soon.

I love this flour. It is the perfect flour for pizza and calzones. I've tried other flours such as King Arthur and 00 and the dough just wasn't right. I make pizza at least once a week. The only con to this is you have to buy 50 lb. bag. and the other con is the shipping cost. Although I will pay the price cause no other flour compares and there is a huge difference in the finished product!
