I've purchased this cough syrup multiple times, and it's become a must-have in our home. Gentle and Effective Kids Cough Relief
I like using this Genexa kids cough syrup because it’s made with organic ingredients and doesn’t have any dyes or artificial additives. It has a honey base that seems to help soothe my child’s cough and it’s gentle enough that they don’t complain about taking it. It feels like a cleaner option compared to regular store brands. The only downside is that it is a little pricey, but I feel better knowing what I’m giving my child. Overall, I would buy it again.

This stuff is AMAZING!! My toddler is 3 so when we have a COLD sneezing and couching we have LEG PAINS!!! For some growing reason… I give to him at night BEFORE brushing teeth. We don’t need any cavities! And he sleeps sooo well! Dry cough?… GONE! Runny nose?… GONE! Restless sleep?… GONE! Leg pains?… GONE! 🤷♀️

Worth it. Include in your emergency kit
Great to have on hand. It is a wonderful option for little kids. My picky little eater is willing to have it. I dislike not having a bottle on hand. It's reliable for soothing symptoms. I like the ingredient content. Genexa is a brand I feel trust with and see as a safe option.

Gene a makes great products and this one meets expectations for the brand. However, this is dosed by ml and they did not provide a syringe, the cap does not have ml’s either.

#1 Cough medicine for kids
My child still has not grasp how to blow his nose so he always gets these awful coughs when he gets sick. This is the only cough medicine that actually works. And it works very well for my kid. A new staple for cold season
