Absolutely, but make sure to carefully seal it shut or it will become "jerkier" :)

How long will the Jerky last after opened and refrigerated? Any way to extend the life other than refrigeration? ?

Beef jerky does not need to be refrigerated and in fact if I’m not wrong I believe it lasts longer room temperature then refrigerated. I eat out of the bag put it away then eat some more for about a week and it’s perfectly fine.
