No they don’t have the white liner inside .

How do you tell the sizes?

You can't really tell but they probably fit size 10 to 1

My 7 year old grandson wears a size 3 shoe. Will these socks fit him. It seems the reviews say they run small.

I don’t think so.. my grandson is 4 and wears a size 12 shoe and they fit comfortably
