This is an example of a product where the knock-off versions are not as good. The 3M Coban tape is easier to use, breathes better and sticks better.

I recently had surgery and my MD wrapped used Coban to wrap my wound and sent me home with a small amount. I was thrilled to find it available on Amazon because I had to keep the wound wrapped for 2 weeks. Such an easy to use product!

We have used several generic brands of first aid wrap over the years. Some with more adhesion than others. This particular brand and style works very well. This will now be an essential item in our first aid kit.

I tried the local drugstore version of this wrap. Now I know why it's so much cheaper. Unlike this 3M wrap, the cheaper version hardly stuck to itself, & after the first use, it was done for.The 3M wrap is far superior sticking to itself. I can easily unwrap it off my finger, & re-wrap it. It still sticks to itself. Worth the money.

I have used a number of different brands of self adhesive bandages. Figured the 3M brand would be better than others. It may be my least favorite of the bunch. The material itself is stretchy, durable, and sticks well to itself. Tearing it cleanly is impossible, and any attempt to tear it results in wrinkles, and ragged edges. I’m working with this stuff solo, so using scissors is difficult in my circumstances.
