Good for developing coordinated spinning.
The length is easily adjustable and the handles are comfortable to hold. The handle sleeves slips bit but not to the point where it effects their functionality. If the ball hits the arm, it isn't too painful.I'm glad that I bought them. I can already sense that they are helping me to develop a more coordinated swing.

Brilliant innovation
These are a brilliant piece of equipment. You can skip anywhere anytime and as long as you can soak up the sarcastic comments then you will find them very rewarding. With practice you will be able to skip as you would with a normal skippiong rope but without the frustration of catching the rope and having to start again. It takes some coordination but very practical and really works far better than a normal skipping rope (for me).

Challenging
This is an excellent portable fitness product. Took me a little while to get the coordination right. They give a really good workout as the weighted balls really challenge you physically when skipping. Highly recommended.

Don't buy - not weighted as advertised
If you want weighted skipping rope, don't buy these!!These seemed to be good quality when I received them but felt light.There is NO weight, each hand set weighs JUST 97g, not 230g as sold.Waste of money, I will be returning them.

AWFUL
Not worth any money . Looking to replace my proper boxing rope for an indoor version that is apartment friendly . IT IS FLIMSY!AND AS I HAVE TO WORK AS A NURSE For next few days I WOnt BE ABLE TO SEND BACK I WILL THROW IN THE Bin !!
