Very good simulator
Very nice software. Simulator is great at learning to fly planes, drones and helicopters. 6-8 hours on here and I was able to takeoff, fly and land without crashing anymore. You'll crash at least 30-50 times learning to perform stunts, turns and landings. I purchased a DX6e controller and this feels about as close as you can get in a simulator. It's not like a video game where you seem to be in auto pilot when you're not controlling the plane. Me and my daughter both love it.

#3 PC sim IMO
This listing is for the Windows version of AeroFlyRC7 , It's my strong opinion if you have a capable Windows PC that you get the latest rendition of RealFlight and the interlink controller. I'm a Apple Mac guy & always have been. Unfortunately this is the only RC flight simulator available with a Mac version and while this is a fully functional simulator program it falls short of the gold standard of RC simulators RealFlight. RealFlight is so good that I purchased a PC for the expressed purpose of running the RealFlight software. I will say this; if you are looking to run AeroFly on a Macintosh go to the App Store & download the basic version for $39.00 If you like it ok then you can upgrade to receive more flying sites & aircraft.IMO if you serious about learning to fly helicopters or fixed wing RC aircraft install RealFlight on a PC with the recommended video card processor and memory.I recommend this only if Mac is your only option. BTW my RealFlight Interlink Elite controller does work with AeroFly RC7 on Mac except for trims & reset buttons and the Windows version. One more thing, 2015 was the last update to the Mac version of Aerofly RC7? You can't tell me the software is so flawless that no updates are necessary.I really wish KnifeEdge would just break down & make a Mac version of RealFlight so we could have the best simulator on the best computer!Im not associated with these products.I received nothing for my review.I recommend this product only if you need a Mac compatible simulator NOT for PC owners.Three stars for the Mac version because its the only game in town, one or two stars for the Windows version because there's two other sim programs out there much better . #1 RealFlight by Knife Edge software and Phoenix available from Horizon Hobby.

fine. But for those of us that aren't THAT ...
Ok, I didn't pay as much attention to the computer requirements as I should. So after tweaking settings as much as possible I found that my laptop's video card is woefully under powered. Still, I don't see why the program couldn't be set up to run in lower resolution to enable operation on a reasonably new and capable computer. If the buyer has a 400-800 "gaming" computer, fine. But for those of us that aren't THAT interested in high quality graphics, a better warning would be in order. I'm much happier with my $40 ClearView program rather than Aerofly.

It has worked great man far
I bought this to practice flying my multicopter. It has worked great man far. The only problem I have had so far is with the FPV simulation. It still shows the quadcopter so it isn't a true FPV view.
