Love Rocketbook!!! Will NEVER use a paper notebook again.
I love my Rocketbook notebooks! Iโve been using Rocketbook notebooks since they came out and have not looked back. I religiously scan my notes using the app and then wipe it clean - itโs almost a zen moment as I clean off the old to prepare for the new. I use for work notes and now that Iโve gone back to school, I am using Rocketbook there as well. I like color coding my days with a different color as the frixon pens come in an assortment of colors. Finding them in a .05 finepoint was a game changer. Give it a try!

Lifelong customer now!
I was so excited to get this and rightly so! I love my rocketbook matrix! It does what it says it does! As a math educator, it's really helpful to work out all types of math exercises and then scan it into the cloud so I'm not having paper all over the place (I keep all of my math work lol). As an entrepreneur, I can also then use it for any other note-taking, brainstorming or writing I have to do, and either erase that or scan it. I really am stoked for this, and will probably now be able to stop hoarding notebooks and looseleaf! I just got the Panda Planner and am considering a mini notebook as well. A few notes: 1) It's a little tricky to use if you're left-handed though as the ink takes approx 15 sec to dry so will smudge until then 2) using the pen station, or adhesive pen holder, is super helpful as you can only use certain types of pens with rocketbooks and you don't want to lose it; 3) get a mini spray bottle that mists and has a cap or otherwise 'closes' so it's easier to wipe down (sometimes I spray the paper, and sometimes I spray the cloth if it's a small space that I need to erase) and won't accidentally spray in your bag; 4) the rubber/silicone tip is an eraser, so it's good for small and quick adjustments where you don't want to use the cloth, just be careful as you kind of have to wipe/rub the residue away in order to write over the spot again; 5) the frixion fineliner marker pens don't show up that well for me (may be the settings in the app), but it might be better to use the colored frixion gel ink pens instead of the marker pens if you use different colors in your work; 6) definitely get a separate set of the frixion pens with refills with this purchase as the ink in the pen provided really does go fast; 7) there isn't a bookmark or placeholder, so you might want to tie a thin piece of string or ribbon around the binding spirals to keep your place if that's important to you; 8) you might want to get a small supply bag to keep the spray bottle and cloth (and perhaps the pen(s)) together; and 9) I have found it helpful to use a clipboard to write on when not at my desk or table, as the rocketbook is durable but not super sturdy. I mean, you CAN use it without the clipboard w/o a problem, but if you prefer to write on a hard surface often, then a clipboard will help. Hope this is helpful!

Great tool for lesson planning
I purchased this after seeing a TicTok video of a Rocketbook in use. I was sold without looking up anything else. Then I asked a co-teacher if she had ever heard of them and she said, "i have 3." When she showed me hers with classnotes in it I had to get one. I ordered the Matrix and received it quickly and immediately was enamoured with the quailty and ease of use. The first thing I did was use the grid sheets to lay out a map for a game. I erased the map, which is very easy with the included cloth and a bit of water, and then used it to design my semester exams for my IPC and physics classes. After scanning them and sending them to their respective google folders, I again erased the book and used it to write out my physics exam and answer key. Every time the pages looked as new as the day I opened it after cleaning. I did have one mishap with the Rocketbook but consider it a lesson learned. I left a small cup of water on my desk and bumped it, spilling the contents under my keyboard where i couldn't see it. the water ran to the edge of my rocketbook and wicked up the pages it touched ruining the work i had there but had not yet saved. I cleaned it up and redid my work, and I learned to 1) keep your rocketbook dry because the ink will run; and 2) save your work when you are finished. Rocketbooks are designed to be reused not to be permanent (unless you buy the single use rocketbook). In all, a fantastic product that I have had for less than a month and already used a ton, and I will buy a few more, for personal use, and to give out as incentives for my students.

Great for calculations and engineering, but DO NOT GET FOR OCR
I own about 3-4 Rocketbooks with 2 of them being Rocketbook Matrixes. I use them extensively in university since I prefer writing on paper versus a tablet. Since most of classes are math heavy and I prefer using pen over paper, having erasable ink and a reusable notebook are perfect for me. Remarks / Things to consider: - I'll mention it again, if OCR is your thing, DO NOT GET THE MATRIX. Get the regular lined one! - Get a Rocketbook Capsule if you plan on putting this in your backpack or moving them around a lot. I took mine out of the capsule to take a picture and it still looks brand new. - Any FriXion pen/highlighter/etc will work on this. Just make sure it's a FriXion so it's erasable. Amazon always has these for decent prices. - If you plan on using these heavily, I recommend buying a dedicated spray bottle and larger microfiber towel. That way, you can erase a lot more and use the dryer parts of the towel to get rid of excess moisture. Pros: - The grid format of the matrix is perfect for calculations, graphing, and lining up text. Doing any sort of matrix work (the math kind) on the Rocketbook book matrix is so much better than the standard lined Rocketbooks. - The covers are solid and sturdy, the binding is decent, and the pages are pretty good quality. For a notebook that's like $30 USD normally, I would be disappointed if it was anything less. - I use these heavily, and so far they don't show any major discoloration or permanent marks. The only discoloration is a faint tan ring where I accidentally set my coffee down on it and didn't notice until a few hours later. A lot of that stain came out from me scrubbing it with a microfiber. - Scanning in the pages with my phone is pretty easy and straightforward. Scans show up pretty clear, even in bad lighting. The app has come a long way and they actually seem to listen to feedback on it. For example, merging was heavily requested (and some reviews here will even complain about the lack of it at the time of their review) and they just implemented that. Cons: - The price. I love my Rocketbooks but I try to only buy them when they come down in price. My oldest one is a few years now and still holding up, so maybe one day they'll actually pay themselves off. (-0 stars) - The major one that other reviewers remarked is the lack of OCR support with the Rocketbook Matrix. I don't really use OCR myself, but it's crappy that there's still NOTHING in this product page that points this out. I wouldn't dock them if it was clearly marked that it's unsupported, but it's not. (-1 star) - Frixion pens do not last long at all compared to regular pens. Expect to buy more. But that's not Rocketbook's fault. In fact, I'm pretty happy they went the route of using Pilot Frixions. (-0 stars) Conclusion - These work wonderfully for calculations and math-heavy classes. They're expensive, have a bit of technique to using them (so you don't immediately smear the ink), but I much prefer them over pencil/pen and paper. If you can justify the price, then definitely try it out.

It has really changed my workflow, improvement!!!
I use 3 of these sets. The main 16 page notebook is my work notebook. I take a lot of notes in my job and was burning through 10-12 200 page spiral books per year. At a cost of $10 give or take each, it was wasteful. Not to mention that I had all of these thick notebooks lying around like tech nerd data manifestos.... I ended up changing my main note taking to using Rocketbook, And even bought the grid squared one for 3d printing and technical sketches for my hobbies. I also bought the pocket tablet with a nice leather case. I bought a 6 pack of little blue spray bottles for water and keep one on my desk for cleaning the pages once they've been scanned and uploaded. The bottles work perfectly. The Frixion pens work well. It takes a few minutes to acclimate to the smooth feel of writing in this system, but, I mean, that difference is VERY tolerable, just feels a little less grainy than pen on paper. But like I said, after a very small amount of time, it doesn't really register in your brain. This system works great for me. I just work my day, or sometimes week, them scan everything into the cloud using Google cloud storage. The integrity of their app's scanner is excellent and I can review notes very easily. I think it's a great tool for those who need such things. It would have been great to have in school and college. Highly recommend!!!

Great Notebook, but no OCR
Switched all my notebooks over to Rocket in attempt to reduce my clutter, and mission accomplished! No longer do I have engineering pad pages, sticky notes, and loose leaf papers forming a stressful tornado in my work space!!! All my diagrams, charts, to do lists, can be just wiped away, (or saved to the clean organized app!). A couple friends have been so impressed, they've ordered their own. +Uses a common pen made by a big company, no worry that a niche product will become obsolete because small company stops making pen +Pages show no signs of wear after 4 months of daily use +Reduced paper waste and clutter +Easy saving via mobile -Pens are 'liquidy' and ink smudges when wet. (Have to be careful about my hand placement and wait until page is dry before closing or turning pages.) -Based on above 'liquidy'/ smudge issue: UNUSABLE FOR LEFT-HANDED persons -Erased pages must dry and before writing again (I often use expo white board cleaner as alternative to water as it is quick drying, and has not resulted in damage pages) -No hardcover option (have to cut some plastic to re-enforce the cover and provide a harder surface to write against, but company should make this an option or sell a page sized hard insert) -No OCR for grid paper? I don't get it, even if we have to draw a bounding box or something in the app to separate from diagrams, that'd be a vast improvement. Hopefully a future update will include OCR for matrix notebooks

The Smartest Buy I've Made on Amazon
I buy a lot on Amazon, but this is hands down the best investment I've made. I used to spend almost $30 a month on notepads. Now, with this reusable binder, I can take notes, scan the pages into files, erase them with a damp cloth, and reuse the same binder again and again. The pens are universal too - I can use them in the binder or on regular paper. Simple, efficient, and it saves my company money every single month, which my supervisor appreciates.

Perfect an Engineering Student
I gave this Rocketbook graph paper style as a gift to a young man starting Engineering School. He was thrilled that it was graph style because thatโs whatโs required for his courses. And he was happy he only needs this one notebook to carry around. I included extra pens which he appreciated.

ottimo
Forse il miglior Roketbook esistente, almeno per me che servono appunti "tecnici".
