It is easy to take, I take one at breakfast and one at dinner. I will be getting a check up on my glucose levels and cholesterol in about 5 months and will be able to see better then if it is helping with that or not. I do no that I am not getting as hungry as often as I use to and I am not feeling like I have to eat as much to be satisfied at meal time.

Can not tell yet if this supplement is effective. However all of Suzy products are excellent ad are her books and articles on well being.

This is my first bottle. And although I'm only half way through, in concert with more regimentation of my eating schedule; the product actually seems to be producing some effects (positive & welcome) i hadn't anticipated. IE. Visible fat loss and curtailed cravings. I'll be purchasing more.

Since I just received the pills this past week, I’ll have to give them one star. That isn’t a fair evaluation but you want a review done almost as quick as a person gets them.

So far it is keeping my sugar levels down. I wish something would put it in the normal range but I have tried everything and unless I practically eat nothing, that doesn't happen. Hopefully when I am on this for awhile it will do just that.

The product works. Blood work has improved.

Didn't see a difference using this than other natural products. Can't see paying monthly for this.
