Doesn’t feel needed, but nice
It’s basically a towel or a padded material doesn’t feel like most projects need this. With the ink vinyl it immediately leaked through the material and onto this pad, so know it will probably get ink on it. I think the design should fold or fit into other places easier.

Works as intended but the size makes it super handy to use just about anywhere. My craft room does not have a lot of clear counter space so the small size is great.
