Q: Can these be cut? To simulate a donut pad? Need for accessory novicullar.

I was just wondering if you tried this? My 10 year old daughter has accessory novicular on both feet and plays soccer. We are looking for protection as she gets kicked there on occasion and it is painful. In the meantime, hoping PT helps with probation and to build arch and we can avoid surgery!

Q: How are they used? They dont stick to my skin, should the socks hold them in place?

I use them with a dual ankle bone slip on half sock (that I bought a pair on amazon), by placing the gel pad where i want it on my inner ankle bone then slip the dual ankle padded half sock over this gel pad, Then I put on my compression socks on to hold it all in place while it enables me to play ice hockey pain free.

Q: Do these sstay on after shower

No. They are not permanently attached.

Q: could this be put in glove to help with hand cushion for use of cane

The discs are small enough to fit in a palm inside a glove so that could work. CRS Cross Carpal Gel sleeve that may work.
