Awesome water color. Functions exactly as specified. I Love the choice between hot and cold and that the top button lights either red or blue to let you know whether it is going to dispense hot or cold. A great addition to our office break room.

We bought this cooler about 1.5 years ago, It worked well all these days, But all of sudden yesterday midnight it has flooded our office and triggered fire alarm. We were lucky that our maintenance crew responded quickly and minimized the damage. Some plastic part got toasted and looks like it has caused the issue(See the attached picture, The toasted plastic piece on the floor).The company website no longer has Phone number. We found their phone number 1800.990.9775 in one of our old emails and tried to reach them at this number, No one is picking up the phone. Left messages, Also emailed them at [email protected] asking them to take the cooler for their troubleshooting and see if they can replace or refund, No one responded. Not sure how to reach their customer service. Cant believe, We have paid $399 for such poor quality product.

I really wanted to love our Mojo! It was great at first. Our staff (15 ppl) loved it and used it heavily. Upon initial install in (June 2016), we had some issues with water pressure, but our the customer service rep was very responsive, polite and helpful. After a few months, the water was not cooling like it should. We called and they sent us a replacement unit. I was again, very pleased with the service and the purchase. Now, just over a year into our purchase and the second machine, it's not cooling again. We have been trying to reach customer support for a month by phone and email, with no response. At this point, we are looking at contacting a technician to see if it's repairable.

I did a lot of research before buying this cooler. I like the design. I chose this because its tall, so there's no bending over to pour water and the easy change water filter. It's a nice looking cooler. There's plenty of space for a pitcher or tall tumbler. The water is very cold and tastes very good. I don't use the hot water function. There is a soft blue light, so its easy to grab a glass and get some water in the middle of the night without having to turn on the bright kitchen lights. Some of the components felt a bit thin and cheap, so I doubt there's going to be a long life expectancy. I think I read somewhere that it's expected to last only 2 years.Installation was fairly easy. Although I didn't run water lines through walls or anything. I just patched into the existing water line that connects to the fridge.My only gripe would be the button to pour water. You have to apply quite a bit of force to keep the flow constant. Its not a simple one finger press, because the button won't stay down that way. I find I have to use two or more fingers to apply equal pressure on the button to keep the flow of water from stopping. My 3 year old definitely can't keep the button pressed down to pour himself water. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

It would be better with a single button operation of the hot and cold water. Instead, customers need to get directions for use. It's a time waster and frustration for the people who don't/won't ask.

I love this cooler. It has been so nice to not have to fill my old water pitcher 3 times a day. As soon as we got it up and running that pitcher went into the trash. The installation was very simple. We hooked up to the water supply under the kitchen sink then ran the line along the bottom of the lower cabinets to have the cooler in our dining room. Once we move from our apartment to a house I'll probably run the lines through walls to hide them but for now I don't really care. I just love having ice cold water at my fingertips whenever I want. I haven't used the hot water yet because we don't really need it & I figured why waste electricity. I also like that it's tall so you don't have to bend over to get water. So far I've been very pleased and think it's worth every penny.

We really wanted to love this and were originally so excited to get it. The online directions and video are poor and you have to do a lot of figuring it out for yourself. We had problems with the hot water tank filling and the water dispensed very slowly. We called customer support who were initially helpful with diagnosing the problem as our water pressure being too high. They said they would send us a pressure regulator almost a month ago and we have not yet received it. We have emailed and called several times since and have not gotten any response.

This system can't keep up with just a few people using it. It will not dispense hot water once its small reservoir is used and even the cold water can't keep up with any form of demand. This unit would be fine for home use but not an office or business.
