I found that is broadened my knowledge and invited me to practice a deeper form of prayer .Highly recommended..

If you are interested in what type of Christian Spiritualism you fall into this book explains it clearly and plainly. I learned a lot about the history of Christian thought and how I fit into it. A good read that I expect I'll go back to again and again. Hats off to the author.

This is very much an "overview" with brief snippet bios of the saints concerned and their spiritualties. I found it a little too encyclopaedic for me likeing, but if you want brief information all under one roof and categorised by the author logically then this is the book for you!
