Where has this thing been all of these years?
I've been failing with the eyedrop thing for years; 5 or 6 drops in the direction of each eye, and failing in darn near every event, for years... BUT!.. AND I DO SAY BUT!.. After encountering this EYE DROP GUIDE; it is as if your eyes are drawing the drops towards them; you can't miss!.. two drops each eye, and the job is done... NOTE: If you have a wide bridge, such as I, you may have to adjust the bottom end of your eye drop containing ever-so-slightly; but, after a little adjustment, it will be smooth sailing that day on. Good Quality, works well, and should last a while.

Guide failed to stay together.
The eye drop bottle moves within the guide. It didn’t really help me, but that could be the fact that I don’t like eye drops. I still got more drops on my cheeks than in the eye. Also the guide fell apart in two pieces and wouldn’t stay together. I would not buy again.

Tedious
It has multiple steps before you can use it and the "neck" where you insert the bottle is very tight to get it back out. I wouldn't buy another one, but I probably won't bother to send this one back.

Excellent Customer Service!
I purchased this for my elderly mom. Unfortunately, she said it did not work for her. I contacted the seller via e-mail; they were fast to respond and very helpful! I was grateful for their kindness and for the refund.

Difficult to set up and use
I am disappointed with this product and will be returning it. It is a.kluge! It's difficult to set up, difficult to use, did not fit well, and the drop missed my eye. I use three different drops and it would be impossible to remove each bottle to reuse it. At $15 each, I would need three of them! .

100% Recommend!!
100% recommend! Bought it for a senior with arm tremors and she can use it independently. It takes a couple of practice turns but once you get the feel of it, it works great!
