Used this for about a year. This is a long term review. The laptop is great for regular stuff, display and battery life is also great.After 6 months of use display problem, solved by the service center. Again exactly same problem after 4 months. Acer support is very minimal and they took 2 months to solve the second time issue. Now that the devi6is faulty (as same problem twice in 4 months), acer doesn't acknowledging the problem and now the laptop has completed the waranty. Buy it only at your own risk as the display will show problem and your might have to invest additional 10k for extended warranty.Amazon service was great during purchase.

Almost 3 months use. The display is dead laptop is booting ( led lights are on but display is totally blank). Tried to reset via their customer support in whatsapp. But it didn't help. Now waiting for service.One week of use. Looks good. Good display though not matt. Thin and light. Adequate performance. Was slightly warm while using zoom. App switching and all gestures are smooth( after a driver install from acer site). Some optimisation issues are popping up in between. Build is fine, there is mild flex on the screen and on pressing the top of the lid while closed it can be depressed. the best laptop with best display 3:2 aspect ratio.Best Ultra book . very thin and lightweight laptop. only negative side is the speaker

Acer has built this with no heart put in. Cheap plastics, horrible build quality. Screen died twice, first within warranty and the second just after. Now its bcome a piece of garbage for which I need to find a trashbin. My Macbook air bought 5 years back for cheaper on Amazon is still going fine. I was forced to buy this as wife needed Windows OS. Never ever again.

Request everyone to please don't buy this, no matter what the reviews or product specs look like, their customer service is pathetic, no proactive updates, had to place in repair twice in two months, and still they have no courtesy to offer a spare or replacement or refund. Their engineers are no good and can't fix an issue even in 10 days. Please don't buy

It worked well for 10 days and after that display went black.The service provided by Acee is pathetic. Twice their engineer came did something for about an hour and could not repair it.Now he is telling mother board is faulty and is to be replaced.Lets see what happens after that.But this product is not worth its money do not buy it.

Just after a year the screen stopped functioning. The sad thing is replacement is unavailable despite searching pretty much all over India. Looks like I won’t be able to fix the laptop, however I can use it as a paper weight. Please don’t buy this product. I paid 70K for it.

It was working fine for a few months. Then started with weird problems of being irresponsive after a few minutes without cpu/memory high usage, temp was low too. Then suddenly it stopped booting, got stuck at Acer logo.I purchased this at 66000, now price is also 53000. Not going purchase Acer laptops anymore, neither will recommend to anyone I know.
