I’ve been using Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Vanilla flavor) for my keto and PSMF (protein-sparing modified fast) diet, and I’m impressed with it overall! The vanilla flavor is mild and not overpowering, which makes it easy to incorporate into various shakes or recipes. I love that it’s zero-carb, lactose-free, and gluten-free perfect for anyone on a strict low-carb or high-protein diet. Let me be upfront — I am NOT a fan of protein powders. Most of them taste terrible, no matter what the reviews say. But this one? Believe the hype. I chose this powder because it has zero carbs, and since I’m on a strict keto diet determined to shed some pounds. Zero carbs made it worth trying — even if it ended up tasting crappy. I figured I’d just find a way to chug it down for the sake of the macros. I ordered the creamy vanilla flavor because it gives me flexibility — I can add low-carb berries, cocoa, or anything else I want. For my first try, I didn’t use any nut milk or low carb liquid option. Just crushed ice, water, one scoop of powder, a teaspoon of instant coffee, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, and stevia (adjust sweetness to taste). I blended it all in my NutriBullet. And honestly? I’m floored. I only ordered the 1-pound container to play it safe, but I absolutely should’ve gone for the 3-pound one. I definitely will next time. No weird aftertaste. Blends perfectly. Tastes amazing. I’m genuinely surprised — and impressed. My only hope is that the manufacturer doesn’t change the formula, because it’s really that good.

Love this product. It's amazing flavor no after taste. Loaded with protein and vitamins. I highly recommend this product. It is better than a lot of the high dollar shakes. It's reasonably priced compared to others especially for what's in it. Shipping was on time and packaging was in excellent condition. Update: Started using for first time beginning of June. I have lost 10 lbs since replacing a meal a day and no exercise except my daily routines and chores.having severe nueropathy in my feet and my lower back and hip joints full of arthritis it makes it very difficult to exercise like I want to. This is a very clean shake mix and it even taste clean.i tried so many different shake mixes and also being diabetic this shake mix has helped to keep my sugars regulated since it's a meal replacement for me. I add some fruit and bananas. My favorite is 2 frozen bananas and cup of frozen papaya. For some reason this combination keeps me regulated and helps remove Xtra fluid from my body. Don't mean to get to personal but I can't express enough how much this shake mix has made a difference for me. You really don't need to go spend a lot of money on big name brands this one will work great. My hair has even gotten stronger I'm guessing it's from the large amount of protien. Women are suppose to have at least 60 grams of protein a day. I also love to add greens like spinach in my shakes sometimes for the iron and other nutrients. On another keynote; I have found out GNC puts the 3lb shake mixes at reduced rate of half off when the shelf life is like 2 to 3 months before expiring I got 2-3 lb tubs for $25 each you cannot beat that.But the price here on Amazon is very reasonable also you don't even have to do 2scoops you can split and do 2shakes a day 1scoop each and still get the whole 50grams of protien and replace 2 meals a day and eat 1 well balanced meal. I SUGGEST ADDING A CUP OF NATURAL LOW SUGAR FRUIT LIKE PAPAYA AND BANANAS ALONG WITH SOME KAYLE OR SPINACH. THERE IS NO AFTER TASTE NOR SUGARY TASTE. My shakes I make taste better then Smoothie King. This is a real review by a real customer . I wrote this review because I believe in this product. I use the Creamy Vanilla because it's versitile and you can add to it. Don't spend $100's of dollars for something when this is the best keep secret in shake mixes. It has pleanty of vitamins and minerals. You cannot go wrong. I have not tried other flavors because I like vanilla for adding fruits and veggies. I know this shake mix doesn't have a diet after taste or taste to SUGARY. The only downside is the priceit, ’s a bit more expensive than standard whey and the taste can be slightly thin since it’s an isolate. Been through a LOT of protein powders over the years and Isopure Zero Carb is genuinely one of the cleanest I’ve tried. Mixes smooth with just a shaker no clumping, no gritty residue at the bottom. The taste is solid without being overpowering or sickeningly sweet like some of the competition. Zero carbs means it fits just about any diet keto, low carb, or just trying to keep macros tight. 25g of pure whey isolate per serving does exactly what it promises. Stomach tolerance is also a non-issue for me, which hasn’t always been the case with whey. No bloating, no discomfort.

My roommate recommended this and I've never taken any protein in my life. I grew up in boxing gyms. It was always cardio for me as far as strength conditioning went the bag was all I needed. I barely moved here and started lifting weights. I take this along with gnc mega men energy & metabolism. Negative side: you can Google this if you don't believe this but 50g protein is a lot of protein and if your kidney is bad it can cause renal failure meaning kidney failure. I don't go to the Dr much but after taking the recommended two scoops does I had the worst back pain by my kidneys. So I cut the doses in a half twice; two half cups (scoop equals cup) and wow I've only used this three weeks. A month ago I could barely lift 30lbs on this stuff I can now lift 120lbs. Positive side effects: maybe you don't know this but for men at least our nails, and hair focules are made up with protein along with your skin. My skin looks healthy. I no longer look like a skeleton. Only been three weeks and I'm starting to look buff. And the strength is real. Taste wise: I've heard horror stories about protein tasting nasty, well this tastes like vanilla alamond milk. I love it. How to drink it properly? Get cold water must be cold protein doesn't work well heated or warm. Don't put it in milk that's bad on your kidneys specially if you are like me just starting out as milk already has like 10g-25g protein in it. I tried this and my back hurt for hours. Don't add any sugar or sweeteners it tastes fine as it is. You must use a blender, if you don't it won't mix well. The point of blending the shake is so all the protein digests in your stomach quicker as some ppl have trouble digesting all types of protein. It also speeds up my metabolism so when I work out man I sweat way more and I last way longer. This is better then drinking coffee as soon as you drink it you are wide awake. This is perfect for the morning. If you use the dose I recommend you will stay slim n buff n your kidneys will be fine but you must drink one every morning with food its very important you don't replace this for food or it won't work. And if you don't work out at least two or three times a week you won't see any results and will get fat just cuz it has zero carbs doesn't mean it has zero calories. If you Just plan on sitting on your couch drinking this that's a bad idea cuz problems happen when your body can't breakdown the protein so your kidneys will fail. This is a known fact. Also do cardio any cardio even jump roping or shadow bozing. I feel great about myself on the outside now. Im starting to feel attractive again and I've lost weight with this to. But you must eat right. Watch what you eat cuz zero carbs will cause your blood levels to raise which will end in high cholesterol.

First 2 bags were great. During cooler months when I was too cold to make a smoothie using frozen fruit (which makes it like a slush), I put it my morning coffee. It dissolved and mixed in instantly & vanilla flavor gave coffee a richer taste. However this last bag has been a challenge, possibly making it the last one I buy. It doesn't dissolve at all unless I vigorously stir for several minutes; even then, doesn't completely dissolve. I wind up using a cocktail immersion blender. Having to do so makes it a chore instead of a snap; also it tends to clogs up blender coils so have to spend more time removing stuck goo. Don't know if it is a fluke or if the formula has been changed or inferior ingredients used. There are generous rules for manufacturers where they don't have to call attention to or inform you of minor changes which IMO makes us victims of sort. I'm on a fixed income so will have to think about whether I want to toss this company more of my hard earned $. Am curious to know if anyone else has had this problem. I spent a fair amount of time researching protein powders that have a clean formula without sugar & low sodium & carbs & had a tolerable taste/texture; it's a tall order & takes a lot of time. Such is why I was initially so happy with this item as it checked all the boxes. Update: This update is way late but bear with me. The company sent me a generous replacement as a result of above review. That batch was perfect, no problems, so have no clue why the jar I bought on Amazon wouldn't dissolve. Have bought only 1 bag since then, a chocolate, and haven't opened yet. Update: 8/30/25. Have not bought any more of this product but planned to do so today but decided to check the "critical" reviews first. Glad I did. Only got through first few, all recent within last couple of months, all mentioning apparent change in formula that no one seemed to like. Thank you to fellow reviewers, you saved me $. I won't be buying this brand any longer. Have never ever found a change in formula to any product (whether for people or animals) to improve anything other than manufacturer's bottom line and always stop buying that product even before trying "new and improved". Am also a voracious label reader which turns me away from most products.
