No, it cannot. Turtles absorb chemicals through their skin. We have not tested it for use with turtles.

what is dosage for a fountain (not a pond)?

You have to calculate the number of gallons in the fountain and then do the math to reduce the dosage of the product for a pond down to the number of gallons in the fountain.
