I got the short end of the stick when it came to dental health genetics. I'm 28 years old & I've had THREE root canals in the last 5 years. Believe me, it is not for lack of personal hygiene! I've been brushing 3 times per day, flossing twice per day & using Listerine Total Care w/ fluoride (in addition to PerioGuard, a Rx mouthwash) for years! However, I've still continuously needed scaling procedures at my (now)quarterly cleanings. Well, recently I've read up on raw vegan diets, & have always appreciated 'natural' or 'holistic' remedies for different ailments, where I discovered this alternative product! It just never felt right to me that they always wanted to push more pharmaceuticals into my mouth. There are, after all, people living in third world countries that have never even brushed their teeth that have mouths in better condition than mine. I know this product is not completely 'natural' & may not be up to the standards of the purest of granolas. Yes, there are some chemical ingredients. In my opinion, this is besides the point because I needed a SOLUTION! I've put a lot of hours into caring for my teeth & it wasn't getting me anywhere. HOORAY!!I brought the tube with me to show the hygienist, she said she's recommended Tea Tree Oil for patients in the past & saw about 50% with positive results.It's worth the $$ to see if it will work for you.
