Works wonderfully! Afraid the grinds where gonna be all over the despite me following the directions- for clairity, I had grinds that were mailed to me. So they are not coarse. Anyways, followed the directions and to my surprise not one grind in my cup! This is my first time using a percolator. I would recommend this product because it was easy to use and I didn’t need a filter. Just water and beans.

Light weight but feels cheep, Its made from Aluminum after all! Used it for a camping weekend and it made awesome coffee and kept its heat decently well. It is easy to clean and fits perfectly on a small one or 2 burner camping stove. With the plastic handle, I didnt want to test it on the fire grating. Over all it is a great percalator, the reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the little plastic piece on the lid just does not stay on. It worked fine the first day using it but after that, it was difficult keeping it on to be able to remove the lid if needed. We pushed it on (not rough, we didnt want to break it), twisted it on etc... but nothing seemed to want to work to keep it on completly and each time we opened the lid, it seemed to work less and less to get it to stay.

I love this cheap aluminum percolator. The coffee smells delicious as it perks and tastes fantastic. I’m noticing flavors that never came across using the exact same coffee in a Mr. Coffee. Please take the time to learn how to use it properly. Read the reviews here that teach you how. Don’t set your burner too hot. Be patient. It’s worth it in the end. The only negative is that it was shipped in a flimsy brown paper mailer, no wonder some of them arrive dented. Fortunately mine only had a couple small dents.

Gets the job done! It makes great coffee and the price is right! I would buy again!

Updated: The jury is still out on this percolator. I have made a few pots in it and it has has been seasoned. The holes in the basket are leaking coffee grounds into the pot so you must use a filter. I just cut a small hole in my small basket filters. I followed some suggestions in the reviews here. Some suggestions said to let the coffee percolate longer. This has helped a lot. I now percolate for 15min on med. heat to start, then drop to med-low (4) on my electric burner once the perc. starts. Once done, turn the burner down to low and wait for the perc. to stop. You can keep the coffee warm like this until you are done drinking. I now get a good cup, but not a great cup. I just perc. water it it once in a while and see all the floaties. They may not be good for me. You really can not use this to just boil water for tea once in a while. It is a coffee pot and that is all it ever will be. The walls of the pot are very thin, like soda or beer can thin. This will eventually wear through and leak. I will give it a few more tries and if nothing gets better then back it goes. I think I now have the best pot out of it that I can get for my taste.

I was so happy when I got this. I've always wanted a percolator I had the same one as a kid with my mother. Easy to use very easy to clean durable great value for the price 0 plastic material, coffee quality is superb the size is perfect and I love the look of it, the heating elements are amazing

O alumínio é bom, mas ainda não consegui fazer funcionar. Acho que ela só funciona com um tipo específico de café moído ou está com defeito. Falta orientação sobre o produto. Estou tentando descobrir o modo correto de usar.

A hob top percolator that cycles the water over the ground coffee over and over again and so gets the very best out of the ground coffee until you turn the heat off.

Excelente cafetera!! hago mi café diario, ademas de que mas gente lo usa para lo mismo, muy practico y fácil de usar. El único detalle que puedo notar es que si llenas de mas, cuando hierve, el café se tira u_u. De ahí en fuera es un excelente producto.
