What a difference this has made. I use it daily and am breathing much better.

I’ve waited so long to order this because although I knew that I needed it, I thought it would be a disgusting job. So I found it was very simple to put together easy to use and seriously not a big nasty mess like I thought it would be. Do a quick rinse and put it away to allow to air dry until next time. I think it’s important to use this daily and I can already tell a difference in my allergy symptoms.

I had purchased one of these some time ago, but never found time (or courage) to use it. Such a shame as after re-purchasing I am amazed at how effective it is. There is nothing 'gross' to worry about and nothing actually shot down my nasal passage :-) Just clean water and yet the difference in my nasal breathing is incredible. Whether the salty water dissolves any unwanted mucus I am unsure, I just know that I can breathe so much easier through my nostrils. 100% recommend this product.
