High quality poster. No need to laminate. Excellent pictures of yoga positions. Love that it is categorized for the types of positions. You could work on one section or choose some from each section.

Helpful poster!
I love that it is double-sided, one side has the poses horizontally laid out and the other side is portrait orientation. Which allows you to use the side that fits your space better. Would be nice to have the skin tone a little darker and ethnic-neutral, or show a male or other skin tone or body type for the different sections.
