This product performs admirably. However, I would prefer to receive an undamaged product box, which appears to be an issue related to shipping or package handling. This is my second order of this product.

I LOVE THIS!! i was worried due to some of the reviews but i was desperate and decided to give it a shot. i'm 53 and hot flashes have been kicking my butt! i wake up hot and angry! this has been going on for 3 years and i don't want to take hormones. i've tried a lot of "natural" remedies but still have been burning up. i've been taking these 2x a day now for 2 weeks and my flashes are still here but they have decreased significantly! i can now sleep most of the night w/o waking up hot and angry! this is a big deal because i had been waking up several times at night to turn on fans and would be exhausted the next day! i look forward to even greater reductions in the flashes as i continue to take these magic pills!

Product works over a period of time. Best results after 60 days of continuous use. I didn’t read the entire description correctly and didn’t understand why I wasn’t receiving the slightest bit of help with my hot flashes. This was my fault for not properly reading all material provided. This may very well be a great product after the directions are followed but I do not recommend it if you need faster relief of symptoms like hot flashes.

Affordable, hormone free way to tackle hot flashes. Did not notice any other benefits, but seemed to be effective at controlling my hot flashes, Worth a try.

Didn't work for me at all & gave me a rash on my arms. I am giving 3 stars because the product worked perfectly for one of my coworkers. Try it to see if it works for you. You can't beat the price.

I asked ChatGPT to suggest homeopathic remedies I could take for specific peri symptoms and it suggested a list of about ten individual remedies, each that work on one or two symptoms. I could have gone out and bought ten Boiron individual remedies but most of the remedies it suggested are present in the Boiron Cyclease line, PMS, Cramps, and Menopause. I bought packs of all three and a symptom I had been having for over three months stopped on a dime. I took all three remedies at the same time twice a day for about three days and then after that decreased the dosage to once a day. If you want to drill down a bit more, because everyone is different, give an extremely detailed description of your symptoms, when they started, how long they lasted, if they came and went for the entirety of your peri journey, literally from day one or when you estimate day one to be. And then keep clarifying with ChatGPT to get even more targeted answers. You are looking for it to go past the generic answers it would give and give you personalized advice. Once you have that, check Cyclease and see if you can get away with not buying all three. Given that it's worked for me I will probably continue to take all three daily or perhaps every other day. For women who can't take anything that resembles a hormone, even eat a soybean, Cyclease is great. And, if you are thinking you don't need to buy the cramps version, think twice. The remedies in it line up with menopause symptoms exactly. It's just marketed for cramps. Of course, it goes without saying, this is no substitute for a doctor's visit. I think every women should be checked out from time to time given all of the crazy things that peri does to your uterus. There are very serious things that could be going on. But, if you check out ok, this may be a solution for you. I have a doctors appointment scheduled myself.
