Works wonders
I have had digestive issues my entire life ( 57 yr old). Constipation was just something that I learned to deal with until I found this product! I take 2 capsules with breakfast. It has helped tremendously. Great product!

Not vegetarian
I thought the add said these were vegetarian and Amazon recommended these as a substitute for the vegan capsules I usually get. They are not. Stupid Amazon!

I am noticing small changes as I take these
It definitely made my stomach feel better and my bowl movements are starting to improve.

The product is stuck , and it’s hard to take them out of the bottle
