I bought this as I needed more than 1 reader for an upcoming job. It comes with both USB-C to USB-C and a USB-C to USB-A to save using an adapter. The bottom has a none slip surface to keep the reader in place on your desk.Mac M1 users beware. Apple have pretty much botched the Thunderbolt 4 ports on all their new macs. Meaning that if you plug in the reader or other USB 3.1 devices into the Thunderbolt 4 ports you'll only get about half the Read/Write speed advertised. So it's recommended to plug in a Thunderbolt Dock into your M1 Mac and then plug in the reader into the dock to obtain fast read/write speeds.Apart from that issue above I can definitely recommend this CFexpress/XQD card reader.
