UltraSling III Shoulder Support Sling

Great product. Helped me get thru a painful period after rotator cuff surgery. Wearing it ment less pain than not wearing it ! Nuff said.

I bought and tried a few others including the Donjoy Pro and this UltraSling III was my favorite. For rotator cuff surgery I wanted a simple sling with easy connectors that I can remove and reattach without assistance and the others were too unnecessarily complicated with extra parts and annoying velcro that sticks to everything. After surgery you don't want a fight to put on your sling. If you want a smooth and quick process this model is it. The support is great without the weight and the straps are no discomfort. Sure, I wish the shoulder strap and neoprene pad stayed aligned better, but it's no dealbreaker. I'm two weeks post-surgery wearing this sling 24/7 on my good arm and removing and reattaching is a breeze using my clumsy left arm. Just do so while seated on an armless chair, bench, or bed using your lap as a table and practice once before surgery.

This harness is very good, adjusts easily to get it comfortable. Maintains position while sitting, standing, or laying down and is easy to put on and take off. Rated four as one of the two pieces had a tear in the hand strap that I had sew up to avoid total rip from piece.

Very nice (in Borat voice) Seriously though I had 3 different slings. I ended up using this the most through my clavicle fracture. It was way more stable with the cushion than my other 2 which was very helpful for the first couple weeks. You can take off the cushion which I did for another couple weeks. The only time I switched was when I was more healed and wanted more mobility. Worth paying extra for to get a straight and good heal. Honestly my best purchase of 2025

Good sling. Comfortable and durable. Better fit than the Pro for my father awaiting repair of humerus fracture.

The sling the hospital gave me was too big and uncomfortable to wear. The smaller sling I ordered fit me better and encouraged me to wear my sling more leading to a good recovery.

Make sure they tell you what size to use before ordering it will save time

Sling was for a NFL 6’3” 230# linebacker. Didn’t see option for size on order form. At 5’9” and 145# this product was unsatisfactory.
