Much easier to install than I thought it would be
My Zigbee smart curtain died, and when I took it down, it was obvious that the belt was broken. I was nervous about fixing it, and even ordered a whole new system. But I thought for the price I should try to put a new belt in. I did it! There are lots of videos online to help. It took about a half hour. I’m so glad I did not waste the money on a new system.

Love my railing
My handyman installed them and said the video instructions were not the best but he figured it out. They are working beautifully. I purchased them because I could put them on a timer and they worked!!! Now when we go away on vacation I don’t have to worry about it appearing like no one is home. I priced 2 companies before I found these DYI AND they wanted over $2000. For each window!!!!! Just the rails and install no curtains!!!! Very happy I found these and that they are working perfectly.

Terrible, terrible installation instructions!
If you follow their instruction you will cut the belt too short. For the price you would think they could afford to have decent written by an English speaker instructions.

Seller very responsive to questions, extra parts, etc.
Very quiet and works well. Make sure to watch all of the videos linked for the best installation experience. I am in the process of expanding the system to make it fit a Bay window situation. I had trouble finding the parts to do this on Amazon and sent the seller a query. They responded within 24hrs and I was able to order the extra parts needed here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B087BSBZG7?th=1 This product does not natively work with Siri and Apple's Home app.

J avais 7 mètres à couvrir avec un angle droit. Le système semble fonctionné même si j ai du passé quelques heures pour l installation. Le service support a bien répondu à les demandes et a facilement remplacé gratuitement quelques pièces que j avais mal installé. Je ne sais pas combien de temps il fonctionnera. J en suis content. Mais une fois fois de plus, je pense être à la limite du système avec 7 mètres et un angle droit. En revanche pour des installations en ligne droite, pas de problème.

I fitted this track on my patio door windows where the curtains are full length. The track works very well and linked to Alexa, I have them opening and closing at dusk and dawn automatically.
