Tree of Pearls, Queen of Egypt (Middle East Literature In Translation) Paperback – December 4, 2012

This was an excellent read. The prose was translated beautifully by Samah Selim with the support of esteemed Roger Allen, a fellow translator of Zaidan's works. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys authentic stories of love, war, and chivalry.
