These are the BEST insoles while adding height and comfort for those with flat feet or have worn high heels all their lives and cannot wear flat shoes comfortably or have sensitive spots. I have all of thee above problems and hav tried the heel lift inserts several kind from amazon ( none worked well THEY ALL MOVE FORWARD in the shoe soooo annoying and waste of money and effort) . So for my very flat boots like Minnetonka the 3c,m work very well and for my boots with a inch or so heel the 2.5cm work better. But plz note these do take up space in your boot/Shoe so if you bought shoes leaning larger because u typically use a insole anyway should work fine or if they are suede or leather that u can stretch where needed fine but just be warned a little extra room is needed for these to fit and feel comfortable. They are trim to size which is great because some shoes run wider etc. honestly these have changed my life i have bought several pair of each height out of fear that they will sell out! Life long loyal customer thank u!EDIT: still loving these and can not wear any of my shoes without them now! Have since tried the lowest 1.5 cm in my sneakers and trainers and they are amazing and do not force my heel out at all. My knee pain has dramatically decreased since using all the different heights in every one of my boots and shoes. The added height and slenderizing visual effect on my short legs is just a added huge plus!!

I haven't walked all day yet with these in my boots yet, but they have already made a difference. My boots are the right size, but my heel tends to slip even when tightly tied. This problem is solved. They are a great balance for being softer insoles, and yet are supportive. The insoles don't have that super hard insert. I'm now walking on a slight incline which makes me walk a little bit more on my toes. It seems to help my gait. My feet don't feel sore either!Edit: June 09, 2020.I took off a star(really half a star), because these have slight bumpy texture around the ball of the foor. This has been causing a rugburn sensation, no matter the socks. I wear these inserts with boots and for the most part they have saved my feet.If they were smooth, it would probably near perfect.

I wasn’t expecting anything superb with these. However, after spending 12+ hours straight on my feet in these, I think they actually made my shoes MORE comfortable, aside from just adding a touch of height.The one drawback is that they almost assuredly won’t be as comfortable for people with larger feet. They fit perfectly in my size 10 shoes without trimming them down. But if you wear shoes much bigger than that, they may be too short and feel odd in the toe area. As long as you’re a size 10 or less though, these are pretty great.

These are decent, but they came with a terrible chemical smell. That is why I will not buy them again. The other ones I normally buy here on Amazon are better priced, without the odor. The odor on these seems to be coming from the rubbery colored part on the bottom lining. Aside from that, the product is decent enough in terms of comfort/design. Nice to have a hidden wedge to give your leg some extra height.

I was born with a birth defect where my achielles tendon is too short. For the most part, this is easy to work around with heeled boots and such. However it's hard to find good sneakers and snow boots with a heel. Possible yes, but they're always more fashion based instead of quality. I got these insoles and put them in my snowboots. I can not wear them all day without making my legs ache from the strain on my tendon!

I was actually shopping for heel insoles when in my search I came across these honeycomb full shoe insoles. I am flat footed and I always put heel insoles in my shoes. I ordered the 1.5 and 2.5cm insoles. I have been wearing these in my athletic shoes for three days now and I can't say enough just how much I love them. They are so comfortable and help absorb shock and reduce stress on my feet and back. I like the mesh that wicks away moisture from my feet and keeps them dry. I especially like the honeycomb feature and that's one big reason I wanted to try these and I'm sure glad I did. They are super lightweight and you can just cut to the size you need. I always order my shoes a half size larger in order to provide adequate room for my insoles. The thicker ones I cut down shorter since I actually only wanted heel insoles. I have pain in my legs and the cushioning helps reduce impact on my muscles. These really help if I am standing for a long period of time. These insoles are durable and high quality. I will be ordering more as I know they will last. Also, if you want to look at little taller, you can't go wrong with these.

When I received this product I was a little surprised at how dense it was. Felt like a rubbery material. I thought it was on the heavier side. Definitely a lot heavier than the sof sole insoles I have.These didn't work for me because of the orthotics I use. I tried it without the orthotics but I found I did not like it when I didn't use my orthotics in the shoes.I gave the pair to a friend and she loved them. So that's a positive. I'll ask her how she's finding them now after using them for a couple of weeks.

I just received the insoles, but I'm not very happy. The product pictures make it look like they include several insoles, which you can stack to get the max height, but alas, only a single pair was included. Upon closer inspection I now see that you must choose the size. I find this very deceptively deceptive. Had it been clear, I would have at least chosen the 2.5cm since the added height was my "sole" reason for buying.Franck aka "Shorty"

Positives:The item is fine in terms of the length.The material it's made of is pretty firm and should last a long time rather than just squish to nothing like other insoles.NegativeThe insole is pretty narrow, there's a clear gap in my shoes between the insole and the side of my shoe. That might be OK(ish) if the surface material your foot contacts with had any sort of grip, but sadly the co-efficient of friction of this material is so low i can only assume it's some sort of new wonder material scavenged from area-51. Unless your shoes is exactly the same width as this insole your foot will slip to the side during walking which feels pretty uncomfortable.If you have narrow feet this might be a good option, otherwise purchase with caution

Really, really pleased with this product. Following hip replacement surgery, I was left with a leg length discrepancy. These insoles, added to footwear on my shorter leg have made all the difference. My gait is perfect now. They are very comfortable. Price is good, so I have now bought some for all my shoes, trainers and boots. Packs come with right and left insoles. I obviously only needed the left insole from each pack. However, this is not a critisim of the product, just a mention that if used for leg discrepancy, a buyer will only need one insole from a pack of two. There are plenty of sizes and heights to suit individual needs. Highly recommended. I will definitely buy this product again as needed.

Don’t waste your money . The heel side of sole makes your toes slide down to the toe of your shoe .depending on how deep your shoe is your foot feels too high . On to f this the balls od my feet are now killing me and I’m only half way through the night shift and I have to take them out makes m feet ache , if I could give them no stars I would

Fitted my size 7 shoes perfectly. I have a health problem that makes my feet very painful so wanted something to act as a cushion when walking. I’ve tried other in-soles that didn’t help, but found these very comfortable. I bought the lowest ones and put them into my boot-type shoes. I actually had to put them in both shoes on top of a heel insert because they’d unexpectedly stuck to my shoes and I couldn’t remove them without pulling the shoe “liner” itself or leaving a sticky patch, but they were really good and seemed to help.

Found a pair of shoes I really liked. Probably rushed into purchasing them as they were on sale and didn't take into account that they were a little too big. These insoles have saved me from any further blisters and rubbing. They're also really comfy and I feel they provide support and padding for longer walks. Would recommend
