Very good product. Tough material

Arm strengtheningI like the fact that you can put it on the door or use it without the door. I can’t do much exercise as far as laying on my back because I’ve had back surgery so anyway, this is working good so far for me, I would highly recommend.

I tried 5 light elastic tubings with handles. One was too little resistance for my needs (Spri). The other 3 had an abrupt change in the resistance that limited the useful range of use.

I needed to purchase this fitness band with handles to help me continue my at home physical therapy exercises. I was using a resistance band shut in a door, but the great thing about this is that it comes with a piece that anchors it in a closed door. This product is just what I needed and seems like it will be more durable in the long run than a normal resistance band which tears over time. The handles also give great leverage.

Very cheap,after about a months use it broke,would not recommend.
