not a clear label at all--is is the green one or the red?
impossible to distinguish one yuzo kosho from the other--neither label says anything about its contents. bought both at same time and only with jar open under a bright white light can you tell which is which--both are rather muddy in tint.delicious flavour though, although i had never bought the item before--i needed it for a marinade from Tadashi Ono's Japanese Grilling Book---worth every dime and the marinade--wow!!! just highly addictive is all....you've been warned.
