I bought this June 23 and I wanted to use it for a little bit before coming to a final opinion on it and after a month of using it, I wanna honestly say this works exactly as described. I am on a weight loss journey. I started last year and I’m currently only down 50 pounds which I know is a start, but my face has always been really chubby and once I started taking these daily, I noticed a significant difference in my face. I don’t have any pictures to post for the review, but I have always had a double chin basically my entire life except for one period of my adolescence when I was going through puberty and I slammed down, but for years, I haven’t seen my jawline and width of of course, working out eating right but the addition of this this showed me results almost overnight and I was skeptical to write a review immediately I wanted to see if it’s something that my body would get used to it and then stopped working but so far it’s been pretty consistent. I do find that it does make you thirsty throughout the day so I don’t typically take it three times a day unless I know it’s a day that I can really up my water intake so sometimes I’ll just take it two times a day or if it’s a really busy day and I forget I try to at least just take it in the morning and it still works fine for me it of course works better if you take it three times a day but for me, it’s just a maintenance thing so I’m OK with the two time or one time a day results. I hope that’s OK. It taste wise for me. It’s not the best tasting thing, but it’s also not unbearable. Given the fact that it actually does show results for me. It kind of taste like licorice meats a floral perfume if that makes sense but again it’s not unbearable and it’s really only something that since you only hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds like basically as soon as you passed that 30 second threshold and you swallow it maybe drink some water you’ll forget about it. I would say if there’s any reason why You’re skeptical about this like if you’ve had previous reactions to things in the past that I would definitely check with your doctor to see if this is OK for you to take but off of my recommendation like my experience I definitely recommend it. I haven’t had bad reactions to it. I will say one time I did get super hot, but also I work out daily so it could just be that too. It was really only a one time thing and then after that I didn’t feel it again so take that as you will.

I have been a fan of Maryruth's entire line as I've had much success with the products I've chosen. I did not expect anything short of excellence but this brand gives out miracles in a bottle no matter what I use. This product was definitely one of them. Since I was a child, I've had an issue with water retention. I just started doing labs and learning about how to alleviate things like inflammation, water retention, etc. Nothing worked as fast as this. I am sedentary for a third of my day so this issue has become worse. I do water, walk around and workout hard. I took 3ml of this and my ankles went completely down overnight. I couldn't believe that I could see my ankles without the swelling! This is very easy to use and measure. The ingredients were very familiar to me so the taste and scent did not bother me. I actually thought the taste was very good. It did not change my energy but it did help me look the size I am, which is tall and slim. I am happy this is so cheap for what it does so there's no question that I will be buying this again.

Idk what people are tasting but it really isn’t that bad. It tastes like I added a bit too much soy sauce, but has a slightly floral/smoky flavor which makes sense considering the floral ingredients in the product. It’s never given me any stomach problems, and I’ve noticed some drainage. I’d say it’s pretty effective for long term, if you don’t continue with it, you won’t see much effects. I also feel like my complexion has brightened a bit and I take 2-3 drops a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening and I’ve been waking up early and energized.

I've been taking this for about a week and haven't seen any results yet besides the fact I have to pee alot. I drink lots of water and walk alot. I'll give it more time and see what happens in the next week or so

I never leave reviews but felt like I had to because of how good this works! My face tends to get a lot of swelling and I took these a week before my friend’s wedding and my face didn’t look swollen in pictures like it does other times! The taste is not the best but it’s honestly worth it for the results. You also get use to it after a couple of days. I usually just drink water or a flavored drink to help with the taste. I’m almost done with my first bottle and I’m definitely going to keep repurchasing.

I heard these help make your face slimmer and get rid of your double chin. I’m three weeks in and can’t tell a difference. My face is really fat though so I’ll give it a few more weeks and see what happens. I’ll keep you posted. I have two bottles i plan on using. Tastes like elderberry.

For most of my life, I've had large pockets of swelling in several areas of my body, the pits, under the knees, ankles, around the hips and my face. It wasn't until I saw an ad talking about draining your lymphatic system. While I usually never play into social media propaganda, I felt like this specific ad was targeted for me with all the symptoms I had. I ended up searching for a bit on here to find a different brand with the best reviews, and my sister has many products from Mary Ruth, so I figured I'd give it a shot, hoping the results others were seeing would work in my favor as well. I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed a massive improvement in my swelling. I can't pinch my under arm fat anymore, my legs have smoothed out a lot, the lymphs in my neck don't feel so tight lately, and I even wear an anklet I haven't taken off in over a year that was starting to squeeze my ankle, but just yesterday I noticed it's actually loose on me and I can spin it around my ankle with space for 2 fingers. So when I look in the mirror, my cankles are gone! And I had some major ones before and my moon face is improving drastically! I can see the natural heart shape of my face coming back! The taste is actually not that bad compared to other herbal supplements I have so I just take it straight wifh the dropper. I will also use a guasha every few days to help flush out the nodes and that always makes such an improvement in the morning! I am on a fitness journey now so I'm sure some physical activity at the gym helps, but I taught yoga for 5 years and have always been pretty active and have still struggled with swelling. My teacher trainer even mentioned years ago I needed a lymphatic massage, so I'm also gonna try that too! I'm excited to see how much more will improve by the time I finish the bottle, but so far I'm happy with the current results!

I normally don’t write reviews very often HOWEVER this stuff is amazing…I’ve been dealing with extreme bloating, constipation and overall puffiness especially in my face for 3+ months now which I assume is from stress as I’ve gotten blood testing etc to check for issues which resulted in nothing seeming abnormal. Since taking 1ml for only 4 days my overall water retention was dropped significantly. My legs and upper arms feel more firm and I can actually see the definition in my body again. I used to struggle going number 2 for 3+ days at a time but since taking this I go 1 time a day and it’s a healthy amount aswell. One thing I will say is that once you start losing the extra water weight in your body you will notice your bone structure more which may not always be the best thing in certain areas haha. My under eyes look much more sunken recently but everything else looks a feels amazing. I will be using this as needed when my water retiniton is worse and not as an everyday thing to prevent my under eyes from looking hollow. Anyway, definitely an amazing product and I feel so much less heavy since starting. I also have not changed my diet, if anything I’ve been eating more due to my menstrual cycle.

I’ve been using MaryRuth Organics Lymphatic I’m about to start my third bottle of MaryRuth Organics Lymphatic Support Drops, which probably says the most about how much I like this product. It’s very easy to take, has a pleasant taste, and has become a regular part of my daily routine. I’ve been happy enough with my experience to continue using it, and I appreciate the quality of the formulation. Definitely a product I’m comfortable repurchasing.
