Microsoft office is only trial version
Only drawback is it's sound quality. It is very difficult to hear the sound without any external speaker.It's written everywhere on the box and the body of the laptop about the microsoft pre-installed Microsoft office student 365. But it's only trial version. It should be clearly mentioned.

Like the features but doesn't like the web camera it's really worst. Otherwise it's nice laptop with style n size

Good laptop with all features.
I love this product. It has classy look with stylish 360 degree movable convert as tablet . 4gb RAM and 512 SSD gives smooth running. FHD Display is awesome. Stylus is included with it. One star deducted due to camera quality otherwise product is too good to purchase with amazon .

Only buy if you want something to touch, else go for something better.
I bought this laptop just cause i wanted a touchscreen laptop. I bought the lenovo c340 before this one and got this when i returned it, my biggest mistake. For a laptop it is really important that it does good in little details. Asus advertises this laptop to have an IPS screen and i read that and thought that this would have a really nice screen but turns out that the colors of the screen are actual garbage.I have tried everthing that i can and have come to the conclusion that this laptop has no hope even after customising it for days.Pros for this laptop :-Its got touchscreenIts got kinda good feel to hold it.thats it.Cons of this laptop :-Really bad pen pressure recognisationReally bad color reproductionReally bad gammaReally bad brightnessKinda heavy at 1.8 KGSlow processor at this price point of 50kBattery doesnt last long enoughDoesnt have a numpad, instead has very wide keys - also can be good for people who want wide keys.My final verdict would be - dont get this, go for something from a more reliable brand and then stick to it as i think that you will be able to get a lot better things out of something like a lenovo c340 than this piece of crap.
