Not up to the job
These are not working for me. I wanted some with longer shafts to allow easier pulling in constrained spaces. Unfortunately, these lack a flange near the head to allow a good grip on the case. That makes it easy to pull them right though the holes and also reduce the amount of holding power (technical term!) that they exert. After fixing a fan with 4 of these, it was possible to pull it away from the mount with relative little difficulty or force.I have other long-stemmed types that came with my Cougar fans and they work much better.Not that another reviewer made a similar comment and that one other mentioned that these do not dampen noise. I suspect that can be attributed to the relatively loose fit.

easy to install
my fans are kept at max speed so i cant tell if these are keeping vibrations down but it makes a lot easier to remove the fans and dust filters for cleaning, which is nice.

Not much dampening.
They fit perfectly in my case. However, they don't do much to dampen the vibration, there was actually less vibration without them in. I'll be switching back to metal screws when i get more.

Long narrow rubber fan mounts that are easy to use
I needed to buy new rubber fan mounts after I broke off a bunch of my old ones when I was recycling several Noctua fans left in an older case. These fan mounts' long narrow tips makes them very easy to use. They can easily be slid through the fan mounting holes and pulled through to get the fan to firmly stay put. They were much easier to use than the original Noctua rubber mounts!

Loved the dampeners
Loved the dampeners , the only problem was wish the top was a little bigger and more solid so it doesn't fall through the holes !

Must use very carefully with some type of lubricant, easily broken, but they do work well

They are long and holds fans with ease. none have broken so far.

Easy to install
Exactly as described. Used to install fans in new gaming tower. No rattles or humming with these. Fans run silently. Easy to install. Long rubber lead feeds through fan holes to pull through, them cut off excess. Nice!
