Updated review after a year...Everything was going good until almost a year and I noticed the house connectors were leaking a bit and had a lot of calcium build up. I'd been using quick release connectors with an on-off for convenience. When I went to remove the connector attached to the Arlie pressure reducer I found it had seized hard. Hand pressure, pipe grips, and eventually drilling through the quick release and using a bar did not help. The pressure reducer would unscrew from the Arlie so I tried screwing my hose directly into it and it sort of worked but wasn't really shutting off when the float was fully raised.I went to see if the pressure reducing valve could be replaced and noticed this item is now marked as discontinued even though this product page is still linked to from the Arlie website. There is now a new beefier Arlie filler with a 90-degree hose attachment but no pressure reducer - although it states it will work with water up to 60 psi so hopeful I'm good.Other than the house issue my filler had been working great. Once I added the quick connect with a shut off that was an improvement as I could easily turn it off from the pool when I'm swimming - otherwise any waves make it start to try and fill and make noise unnecessarily.

Great product. It works exactly as advertised. Flow is regulated internally and the float will completely shut off the flow at the user set height. I find that it works best with the faucet set between 25% and 50% open but this may just be personal preference. I did not see any residual flow with the faucet fully open and 60 psi flow pressure from the hose.The hose connector is well designed and very robust.My only recommendation to the manufacturer is to use a glass reinforced resin such as PA6 GF50, PA66 GF50, or a lower cost PP GF50 for additional stiffness on the adjustment bar. The current unreinforced ABS-like material lacks the required tensile modulus to keep the float housing stable when attaching or removing the hose leading to potential premature breakage. Adding 0.20 USD to the cost and 1.00 USD to the price would still make this product an excellent value.

It's a good unit and does the job. Wish it can be a bit heavier so will more stable. I put a brick to add the weight.

I used this to maintain the proper water level in my pool. I don't have to worry about forgetting to adjust water level and potentially ruining my pool pump. I'm not sure how I ever lived without this awesome product.

Easy set up. Sturdy construction. Pressure regulator unnecessary, slows flow too much. Does the job.

Have the Airlie pool water leveler installed for only a few days but so far works as advertised. Leveler components appear well made and it was easily assembled and installed. You will probably need to make readjustments to the float housing a few times to get the water level at your desired level. It looks like to water level is shutoff just above the bottom edge or float housing. It was a real plus to get the pressure regulator included with device. Only operational concern is the fill rate from device. It is low, maybe one-quarter the water flow rate from the 3/4” fill line to pool at normal house pressure. I will try to update my comment as I get more time with leveler.Highly recommend.

This is an excellent product for maintaining water level in pools.The shut-off valve automatically shuts of the water from flowing when set water level is attained.As water level drops below the set level, the valve opens and let water flows in.Although the design is diffrent, this product works similar to a standard tank for aa toilet
