Excellent product!
The closer on our main office door sprang a leak and the only identification I could find on it was the name 'Sentinel'. I rang Sentinel and got straight through to their tech or sales rep; either way, he told me to email him a photo. I did, and within a matter of hours got a reply giving me the model number and where I could buy it (one being Amazon). I placed an order and four days later it arrived. Replacing the defective one was easy, although the instructions were a bit hazy. All-in-all a first class product.
