Solidly made, well packaged, works great!
This inverter arrived very well packaged. The inverter is solidly made and works great. We use it to supply our small campground from our solar/generator/battery setup. I'm sure we haven't pushed it close to the 4000 watt rating, but we have definitely pulled as much as 2800 watts from time to time. The unit works flawlessly with no issues. The fan runs occasionally and is somewhat noisy, but we have the unit outside in our battery cabinet so that is not an issue. Highly recommended.

Warranty not honoured
My inverter stopped functioning during the warranty period and Qiana asked me to test and send video proof. I did.They sent some replacement tubes (taking months) that I paid to have professionally installed and the issue remained the same.Efforts to contact them have failed. It has been weeks without a response.Avoid this seller.

Works sometimes, other times just beeps
I bought this inverter for use with a lithium battery from my lawn mower. Sometimes, everything works perfectly. Other times, when I power it on it begins beeping a shrill repeating beep, while the voltage reading spirals downwards and then it turns itself off and won't turn on again for a while. I haven't been able to figure out any pattern, have tried multiple batteries, different loads, no loads, etc. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it just doesn't at all.
