A godsend for filling plank seams in a wooden boat.
23ft wooden boat with failing epoxy caulking in every seam. Planks were 1.5 inch wide and generally tight and narrow. Cotton caulking was not an option given narrow seams. Standard epoxies would tend to flow out of the seam and down the hull. Thixo Flex Adhesive fit the bill perfectly. Using a battery powered calking gun it was relatively easy to fill each seam and compress the material into the seam with a putty knife. Excess epoxy was simply scraped off and forced into seams not yet filled. It is expensive but the time saved and the quality of the completed job made it worthwhile. Looking at the finished product, the quality of the filled seams; I really don't expect to have to treat these seams again for a decade at the minimum. Thixo Flex flexible epoxy adhesive is seriously good stuff when working with hull planking under a few inches in width.

Works great
This product worked great to fix my "Catilina Smile." After grinding out the crack and scraping out the old epoxy that has failed I injected this into the crack. We'll see in the fall if it holds up but this was easy to use and set up well.

I love this epoxy
This epoxy is great for fiberglass repairs on my boat. Really easy to use, good working time, easy to sand. It is just a little pricey but the benefits out weight the cost

A bit pricey for the amount you get
This stuff is great and comes out already cureing. A bit pricey but it is great stuff. Have recently used 2 tubes and it’s quite difficult to get pressed out with my calk guns. May be from resistance going through the mixing tip. I looked for a larger tube or tubes, but couldn’t find them anywhere, but I think they do exacts.

Awesome stuff
Needed to fix a gouge in my Yamaha FXs side hull, the gouge was only 2 inches big but I sanded down the whole area, just enough to get the THIXO speed evenly. It's hard as a rock and worked awesome. Veryyyyyy happy with product💪💪💪💯💯💯

Smooth and Easy application
The guys on Snake Mountain Boat Works really like this stuff which made it an easy purchase for me as a first time boat restorer. Having spent so much time removing all the paint and then wanting confidence that my hull will be sealed, this Thixo Flex product has me feeling good as I move on to prime and paint. The self mixing tip is fantastic, however the thickness of this product makes your typical $4 caulk gun ineffective. I started with one and my hand and forearm were straining from the first squeeze. I ran down and bought a 13:1 heavy duty caulk gun for about $17 and now the Thixo Flex just pays out smoothly. It's still not lightening fast, but that actually is good because this stuff is sticky and thick and you want to get the correct amount on the boat so that when you follow along with your corner spreader you don't have a lot of excess.Love this product, but definitely get a quality gun or you will struggle.

Unique flexible epoxy, exactly what I was looking for.
I used it to fill stress cracks which I ground out around my port holes on my 1987 fiberglass sailboat. I used a 18 to 1 caulking gun worked great. I have done many repairs around my boat. I’m ordering for the 3rd time. I highly recommend this product.

Really viscous, and hard to expel from cartridge
It takes a lot of force to get the epoxy out of the mixing tip, even with a 12:1 high thrust caulking gun. Your hands will be aching by the time you've laid a 5 foot bead. The Thixo Wood version is also very thick, but the Thixo Fast Cure is not; the Fast Cure is pretty easy to use.
