My daughter loves them and she has sensitive ears the clairs earrings (cheep ones) made her ears super Irritated and caused them to get infected I put back in the earrings they were pierced with until the infection was going on but she wanted cute earrings so I bought these they are definitely surgical steel and hypoallergenic would recommend

I read reviews about the posts being long…they kind of are but they fit my daughter (2 1/2 years old) so well! I didn’t realize how short the posts were on her previous earrings. I think the longer posts are good for toddlers. Toddlers must have chubby earlobes. The earrings didn’t come broken either like some reviews claimed so I was very relieved about that. Overall, I love them! She’s only worn the unicorn ones so far but it’s been about three weeks and she’s had no irritation to the metal. We got the pack with the butterflies also and the pink hearts. While she hasn’t worn those ones yet…they are pretty!

These fit perfectly on a 6 year old, the screw backs keep it on, and you can loosen or tighten as you want. Color and gems stay put so far… she has worn it daily for months with no issues.. no sore ears.

Like other reviewers have said, these are larger than typical earrings for little ones - and they were difficult to get in, but we just had to take it really slow. Once they were in they were perfect. So much easier to get the backs off than the earrings we purchased with her piercing.

This is my first Amazon review ever, which I am moved to write because of how incredibly disappointed I am in these earrings! I bought these for my six-year-old daughter as her first new pair after her ears were pierced. We had her ears pierced by her pediatrician, then waited the full six weeks after they were pierced and the holes were perfectly healthy before I tried to swap her piercing ears for these.First of all, the posts on these are least twice the diameter of the piercing earrings. I should have sent them back when I saw that, but since these got such high reviews, I assumed it was normal for kids earrings to be that thick. We were only able to get one in and, because of the pain she felt when this earring went through the small hole, she refused to let me try the second one. Still, I presumed this was normal discomfort and I would try again with the second earring in a week or two.We didn’t make it more than a week before the ear with this earring became infected. And we were diligent about disinfecting when inserting the new earring and we cleaned both earrings daily using the doctor supplied cleaning solution. Knowing this was not a good sign, I convinced her to let me remove it and basically had to repierce that ear with the original piercing earring. It was awful and completely infected!Learn from my mistake and save yourself and your child that trauma! I think I will leave the piercing earrings in for a year before attempting this again, and only then will go to a trusted jeweler and buy pure 14k gold with appropriately sized posts.
