Great product to prevent Apples & other fruit from turning brown after peeling or slicing. Using this for years!

Great for canning and using on fruit you store for eating or in fruit salads to keep fruit with fresh appearance.

I love to use Fruit Fresh weekly to help cut up apples stay fresh and last longer. I have trouble finding the product in my local Nashville grocery, so I was so pleased that I could get it through Amazon.

This product is an essential NEED. Effective and reasonable.

I used this prodect to keep pears from becoming darkenedI didn't like that it didn't have instructions as to the ratio of prodect to water

I tried using lemon juice to preserve my apples before freezing last year. But they quickly turned an unappetizing brown color, even before they were frozen. Apples are notorious for turning brown, but this year I used a generous amount of the fruit fresh on the apples before freezing, and they mostly kept their original color. I even used it on the apples to keep them looking fresh before canning. The fruit fresh doesn’t seem to affect the taste, so it will be my choice for preserving fruit going forward.

Love this but couldn’t find it locally this year. Now I’m ready for next years peaches. I use it on apples too.
