Great mattress at a great price. It’s very comfortable. The top layer of foam is pretty soft but the other layers are pretty firm and supportive. It has held up well in the 7 months that we’ve had it. It arrived in a sealed plastic cover so there were no bugs or dirt on it as some people mentioned in a few of the reviews I read before purchasing. It came in a small box so it was easy to miniver through our small house to get it to the bedroom. It did have a faint smell that lasted about a week but it wasn’t a strong smell nor was it a bad smell, it just smelled like a new clean mattress that hadn’t been used. We bought the 8 inch one for our daughters room and we plan to buy a 12 inch for our room when it comes time to purchase a new mattress. Overall, very satisfied with our purchase.

When I first lay upon this mattress my reaction was that I had made a mistake because it felt too soft. After sleeping on it for a few weeks, I quickly realized I was wrong. From the very first morning, waking to realize I had only gotten up one time during the night (as opposed to my average of 3 times) due to the complete comfort of this mattress! In the past, no matter how quality of a mattress I purchased (one was almost $2000.) I would need a week to 10 days to adjust, waking up sore and achy in the mornings. Of course, I expected that to be the case with this as well...and it took probably 3 nights of sleeping on it before I realized I had not been sore at all...nada...nothing...never.I bought this mattress because I was very much in need of a new one. Due to the COVID-19 year of making less than half what my household normally earned, I thought it was my only responsible thing to do. “I’ll just replace it in a couple of years” was my rationalization. I mean at this price, it can’t possibly be a quality item, right? I hate that we have been brainwashed into believing that unless something costs a lot, it can’t be good. This is one time I am happy to be proven wrong.If this mattress continues to deliver such peaceful, comfortable slumber, I will choose it again over its’ much more expensive counterparts. After all, when you consider that I could purchase this mattress 3 or even 4 times and still pay less than the “high end” guys, why would anyone choose to pay more? Just for comparison...I am a 6’2” man that due to needing a hip replacement gained about 100 lbs over a year & a half. I am now losing it so am down to 284 lbs, from a high of 325 lbs, and have been nothing but comfortable with this purchase.BTW...I have mine on an adjustable bed frame...but believe it would be comfortable without it.

I have only had the mattress for a few months but so far I think its been great. It is extremely comfortable and we've had great sleep on it. My husband is 6'1 slim, I am 5'2 and not slim, and our son is about 3'4; we sometimes sleep together and sleep extremely comfortable. I loved the packaging of the mattress, there was a post card included speaking about the company and how they started. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because I feel the mattress didn't fully expand on the corners. Other than that, its a good mattress and affordable. I went through many different brands of mattresses and reviews and a lot of them had negatives but this one seemed the best fit and I am glad we chose this one.

I was skeptical to buy a new mattress online without actually seeing/feeling it in person. But with the pandemic happening buying online was more appealing then going to an actual brick & mortar store. Also easier!I researched online reviews for beds in a box and also read multiple reviews on Amazon for a variety of memory foam beds. Also, with help from the intrusive magic of internet algarthyms, I was bombarded with ads via email and on my IG account for beds in a box. I looked at all the big names like the one named after a "friendly ghost" and also one that was Prince's favorite color and multiple others. The prices ranged anywhere from $550 to $1500 for a queen size. Also some of them required that I pay for shipping.Then I looked on Amazon and found several memory foam mattress for sale.Amazon makes it easy to research and compare items and free shipping with Prime was a major plus.I found the JINGWEI queen mattress on Amazon that was so much cheaper then the "name" brand mattresses.Overall the reviews on Amazon and one other site was what convinced me to go with the JINGWEI.Also the price and free shipping swayed me.I received the mattress one week after i ordered it.Unboxing it was easy and they give you a cutting tool to open the vacum sealed bag to not damage the mattress.There was no smell when I opened the bag, that was mentioned in other reviews.The instructions that came with the bed indicated that you should let the bed decompress and air out at least 24 to 72 hours before sleeping on it. I only waited 24 hrs before my first night sleeping on the bed.On my first night sleeping I felt a little dissappointed with the mattress, as it felt too soft for me.Upon my research I found memory foam hybrid beds that was a mix of foam and springs. I thought i should have paid more money and gotten one of those since I prefer a firmer mattress.But after my third night of sleeping on the bed (72 hours after un-boxing) the mattress was more firm to my liking. I suggest following the manufacture's instructions to let the bed decompress for a full 72 hrs before use.I have now had the bed for a week and I also added a mattress pad. It feels like a hotel quality bed now and I sleep thru the night.Im very happy with my purchase. After doing all my research on beds in a box I came to the conclusion most of them are the same and are just different combinations of foam and/or springs. No need to spend the extra money on the name brands. My only concern now is the durability of my new bed. It comes with a 10 year warranty.I will return to this review in a year to let you know how the mattress is holding up.2023 UPDATE - The mattress is still in good condition but I now regret not getting a more firm mattress.I should have looked at the hybrid mattresses with the combo of springs and foam. Still for the price and convience its a good deal.
