Fits Arctic Cat Z440EL!
Been going a few years with a sticking fuel gauge because I refused to pay over $50 for a replacement one. That was till I found this one! This gauge is the exact same size as the stock one. I got it with a new grommet and still cost me about 1/5th the price. It was very easy to change. All you need it a flat blade screwdriver and gently pry up the old one from one side and the other and came out without much work. Install was even easier, put a light coat of oil on the grommet slid the gauge threw the grommet and put the base of the gauge in the tank hole, then seat the grommet in the home, then line up the gauge up on the grommet and with firm pressure with the heal of my hand I pushed the gauge unto the grommet till it popped in fully seated! It actually takes longer to get the old one out the to install the new one. Shook my sled with fuel in the tank the float bobs up n down and the needle move like it should! Works, not much to say other then looks just as good as the stock one. I recommend this to anyone who does not want to pay Arctic Cat OEM price!

Fits my 2005 bombardier outlander 400
Exact same length as the factory gauge also fits the hole in the gas tank the same. Would have given it five stars but it didn’t come with a new gasket/grommet thing. My old one was cracked and now I have a fuel gauge but no way to install it.

Great replacement for Outlander 330!
Replaced original gas guage for Outlander 330 and fits perfect! Very happy and would recommend!

Fit in the hole of my 2002 550 Zl and works. The only issue is that it does not even register until the tank has 4 gallons in a 10 gallon tank. apparently not long enough.

Description said it was for a 2004 400 arctic cat ATV. Lies, Its not! Too long and im not returning it, too much of a waste of time!!

This fuel gauge does not fit the 2002 arctic cat 400i-(too long) and there is no gasket!

Price One From Cat !!!
Same one in the 05 M5, gas gauge takes a beating in that tank and falls apart. not hard to change, just take a flat wide blade, ( I use an old spark plug boot tool, has fork on the end ) and gently pry up working gauge with fingers back & fourth. put small amount of lube on new one & pop back in. this is a super price for this. ( check out what Cat wants for it )
