Makes a Huge Difference
I gave my mother my new bedroom set before I moved to England. It is a lovely set, but has a huge design flaw: instead of slats, the manufacturer designed the bed to have MDF panels running vertically. Now, I had a memory foam mattress on this and the MDF warped and the center of my mattress sunk down. It made for an uncomfortable situation. My mother hates Tempur-Pedic, so she got a new mattress for the bed. I had reversed the panels to see if her spring bed would flatten them, but what she really needed was some slats going across. This was a great buy. It is quite strong. It is a little difficult to handle from the parcel as it is heavy, so maybe have someone help you out. Otherwise, just roll it out and place your bed atop. It made a huge difference with her bed. I had always meant to buy one when I had it, but never got to it.This can save you a lot of money if you are having sagging issues.

Wish I read other reviews
Bought this to convert a 4 in 1 crib from a toddler bed to the full. Slats were about 1 inch too wide. Luckily I have a circular saw so I could trim them down. I couldn't carry the slats down two flights of stairs once I unstrapped them, so had to cut them to size in my daughters tiny room. Then when I realized there were no support legs, again lucky I had a 2x4 to cut down to make 5 legs. The slats did seem flimsy which is why I added the extra two legs. Support legs are clearly listed in the instructions. I purchased a full size Ashley brand mattress so figured the Ashley brand slats would be a good pairing. Totally wrong. Made an hour and a half project into 4 hours. What a nightmare.

Antique Metal Bed Frame Mattress Support SOLUTION! (Woohoo!)
I have an antique brass bed with metal rails. All is well until the mattress "creeps" after a few nights and you are on edge because it may fall down as it is supported only on the outside - no slats. Having worked with some IKEA beds in the past, I thought this might be something to try. Although the slats are not heavy duty, unless you have bed jumpers, they should be enough to stabilize and remain intact. I used zip ties through the screw holes on the slats (meant for wooden bed frames) to hold the slats firmly along the side rails. I also ran a few - doubled for length - to hold them in place on the head and foot rails. Voila! Problem solved. It adds a little extra support and my mattress doesn't shift at all. Yes, the slats are a little rough hewn, but as I have a mattress surround, I don't need to worry about any damage. Super happy with this solution and I would recommend it. Fairly inexpensive and sturdy.

I learned my lesson (trying to be cheap)
This product is awful. Splinters galore, so watch your fingers. Most of the slats are different lengths, so they don’t fit in the frame. They’re either too short or too long. The unit as a whole is too short for a full sized bed frame. (But you can’t get a queen, bc that’s too big.) All around just don’t waste your money, and don’t try to be cheap like I did. Buy the box spring or bunkie board.

Confused
I thought this was only a roll queen slat. Turned out to be that plus a couple pieces of wood and three brackets with instructions that looked like they went to a set with support legs… which were not included. The sealed package of wood screws were not enough to attach the slats to my wooden frame so I had to rummage through my garage to find more. I don’t like leaving disappointing reviews, but I can’t recommend this product. It was too big and heavy to simply return so I made the most of it.
