Smooth Operator Convertible Satchel Top Handle Bag

This bag is beautiful, well made, and goes with everything. It is the perfect size, not too big or too small and the adjustable shoulder strap can be used cross body if you want. The leather is soft and great quality. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Finally found the perfect size for every day use! It took me forever to find a bag without that stupid middle separation zipper section that just gets in the way!! Perfect bag for me!

This bag is fantastic. It is supple due to the real leather, is large enough for everyday use, and looks professional enough such that I was able to bring it with me to a pharmacy conference where I was interviewing for residency positions. It is smaller than I expected, and should not be considered a tote-size bag. However, I am completely satisfied with the beautiful quality of this piece. It is now a staple daily item in my wardrobe.

The bag is a good size, however the gold hardware looks cheap and the leather portion of the bag looks and feels cheap. I also had to add another hole on the long strap as it was too long even on the last hole and I'm 5'6" so its not that I'm short. Definitely not the quality of prior Tignanello bags I have purchased. The bag looks better in the picture than in person. Disappointed sums it up.

The bag is lovely. I like using the shoulder strap, but was so long that I had to have it shortened in order to use it. Also when using the shoulder straps, the bag doesn't lay flat against my body, but but folds in on itself a bit. I don't care for that because it looks sloppy.

Love my new bag. It is as exactly as the picture shows and describes it. Ofcourse I was a bit worried it wouldnt live up to my expectations but it has and still will. Cool colors and spacious, perfect bag.

perfect size and very soft-the handles lay flat when I use it as a crossbody. When I set the bag down it doesnt fall over. Very well made.no problems with the zippers. I have no complaints at all! Glad I purchased this instead of a smelly knock-off.
