Yes, simply plug the mic cable into the mic and the audio interface and it will work perfectly. The cable will work with any mic, one that requires phantom power or one that does not.

I purchased the quad-pro 100 ft cables through Amazon & am VERY pleased with the overall performance and durability I've seen in these cables in addition to the noise floor & the extra durable silicone jacket provided with the Lynx Pro series. The hand-soldered connectors, I believe, give one the added edge necessary when working with equipment capable of the highest caliber for discerning ears.

Q: How it sounds with shure sm7b?

I haven't used them with that mic, but I have used these cables with all sorts of other mics and running from power cabinets and I have had mo problems st all with anything. Really like these cables.

These are standard XLR cables, but with redundant wires on pins 2 & 3. They are well-shielded which rejects RF interference. Great for microphones or Line Level devices like CD players and amp inputs.
