Is there a way to attach to concrete?

It does not include a kit to attach it to concrete, but if you drill some holes into your concrete pad you can stake it into there with some U shaped or L shaped stakes.

Is this weatherproof/frost/rust proof?

It is powder coated for outdoor use to protect it from rusting, however what we always recommend for anything you get that is made of iron is once assembly is complete, to give it a clear coat spray specifically around the bolts and any scratches that may have occurred during assembly. What happens when you tighten the bolts is it often creates very small scratches, and those scratches break through the powder coated layer exposing the metal below. Once exposed, rust can start forming and spread from there, so if you just give it a quick spray over the bolts and any other scratches, it can make it last significantly longer. We recommend this for any kind of iron decoration, not just this arch. We ourselves often use Rust-oleum clear spray, it runs around $5 a can and is available in either a matte or a glossy finish.

If I wanted to put a brick pass through the center, how wide could I go?

You have roughly 41" of clearance at the base if you don't want the metal touching the brick path and want it just sitting on the sides.

What is the width at the base at the ground?

The inside opening at the ground between the sides is about 41 inches wide.

So big and so easy to construct!

Super easy to construct! I followed the suggestion of spraying with clear varnish. Now awaiting install. I plan to purchase some very heavy flower pots to put on the bases to stabilize along with the six spikes provided. I am hopeful it stays up as I am planting it in my garden with climbing hydrangeas to cover it.
