Nothing wrong with the product.
Wanted the bottle. Got a refill pack. Refund initiated. But I wish the seller was more attentive to the order.

Highly Concentrated Enzymatic Formula With Exceptional Shelf Life
Uses an advanced surfactant blend optimized for low-suds performance in front-load washing machines. Science & practical storage: Contains stabilized enzymes (proteases and amylases) that break down organic protein and starch stains. Its chemical stability holds up even over years of intermittent cap-dosed usage without phase separation or loss of cleaning efficacy.

Liquid detergent with scent and freshness
My experience with Ariel Matic Liquid Detergent Front Load has been very positive. The product and its performance appear to be satisfactory. The scent and freshness of freshly laundered clothing are pleasant. This Ariel Matic liquid detergent is very easy to use. It has a cap that helps in measuring the desired amount of liquid detergent you want to pour into the detergent tray of the machine. I've been using it for more than two years and have had no problems with it.

Rottweiler approved
My dog sleeps on blankets and he is epileptic. The other day he had a seizure while on one of his blankets that was dingy in the first place. Once he was ok I had to wash the blanket. Ariel Matic made it significantly cleaner than I have seen it in years!

It does work
Works great! Clean and fresh clothes! Best for HE washers. Little on the pricey side but worth it.. Lately it’s been taking longer to get. Lasts about a week to week and a half. Bigger bottle would be fantastic along with shorter wait time to receive it once ordered. Great to put on stains and scrub in. It will suds up your machine if you use too much
