Can you use just one of the white rotating pins (I don't think I have the room for the inside one)?

I personally wouldn't take out one of the rotating pins as it keeps the door straight whilst opening it, or the door wil tilt when opening/shutting it. These are adjustable n you should be able to adjust them to fit your door

Hi, The ones i've got appear to be powder coated, in which case they are probably OK outside. Keep them wiped with an oily rag to keep rust at bay would be my suggestion. Good luck

What are the overall dimensions?

Mine is 120mm long x 38mm wide by 62mm high (this is the vertical bit that fixes the bracket to the wall).
